Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, on instruction, submits that at this stage, the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file a proper application under the provisions of U.P. Panchayat Raj (Maintenance of Family Registers) Rules, 1970 for inclusion of her name in Family Register.
