1. List has been revised. No one is present on behalf of petitioners to press the writ petition. Sri Arvind Srivastava, Advocate, is present for respondent.
2. This is plaintiffs' petition. In the suit filed by plaintiffs, issues were framed in which issue nos. 5 and 6 were in regard to maintainability of suit which has been decided against plaintiff against which a misc. civil appeal was filed which has also been dismissed.
3. After hearing learned counsel for respondent and perusing the material on record, I find that no case for interference is made out.
