ORDER

(Through Virtual Mode)

17.11.2020: After hearing learned counsel for the Appellant, we find that the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Jaipur has reserved the order on 11th December, 2019 i.e. 11 months before. Keeping in view the delay occasioned on account of outbreak of COVID-19 declared as pandemic resulting in imposition of lockdown w.e.f. 23rd March, 2020, we being conscious of the unusual circumstances which may have delayed the disposal of case, would impress upon the Adjudicating Authority that the mandatory provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 providing the timelines, have to be adhered to and therefore, we dispose off this appeal with request to the Adjudicating Authority to make all endeavors to dispose of the matter within two weeks. Contd/-……..
