O R D E R
(Through Virtual Mode) 17.11.2020: After hearing Shri Bishwajit Dubey, learned counsel for the Appellant and Shri Sumant Batra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, we find that there is no decision on merit as in terms of the impugned order dated 29th October, 2020 Urgent Application I.A. 4066 and 4431/2020 have been disposed of by the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), New Delhi, Principal Bench by directing listing of CA- 1147(PB)/2019 (which is the application filed for approval of Resolution Plan) on 4th December, 2020 alongwith other pending applications.

Keeping in view the timelines prescribed under the I&B Code and the fact that the Company Petition has been preferred in the year 2018, we dispose of this appeal by requesting the Adjudicating Authority to take up the matter on 4th December, 2020 itself within first five matters and make all endeavours to dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within two weeks. Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
