(Virtual Mode) 11.11.2020 Counsel for the Appellant, Ms. Sayaree Basu Malik is present in Virtual Mode. Counsel for Respondent No.1, the original Financial Creditor is also present in Virtual Mode. Both state that they have settled their dispute. The learned Counsel for the Appellant submits on instructions that she wants to withdraw the Appeal. We have reminded her that even if she withdraws the Appeal, the CIRP will continue as COC is already stated to have been constituted. The learned Counsel for Appellant states that they would be taking steps under Section 12A of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant, the Appeal stands disposed as withdrawn.
