1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "i). issue, order or direction, directing the Additional Principal Judge Family Court No. 2 Kanpur Nagar to expedite the Case No. 934 of 2025 (Priyanka Yadav Vs. Devendra Singh Yadav) U/S 144 B.N.S.S. Police Station Kalyanpur, Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge Court No.2 Kanpur within stipulated period or at an early date."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the court concerned be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the wife before the court concerned.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge Family Court No. 2 Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 934 of 2025 (Priyanka Yadav Vs. Devendra Singh Yadav) under Section 144 of B.N.S.S., Police Station Kalyanpur, Kanpur Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Chandra Dutt Counsel for Respondent(s) :
