1. This writ petition is of the year 2016 wherein a challenge was made to order rejecting the application under Order XLI Rule 27 CPC moved by plaintiffs-petitioners in their Civil Appeal No. 38 of 2014.
2. More than 10 years have elapsed since passing of the order impugned. The appeal must have been decided by now.
3. In view of said fact, the petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
4. However, in case, civil appeal has not been decided till date, the petitioner may move a recall application for recalling the said order. October 8, 2026 (V. S.
