1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-Respondents.
2. Petitioner has approached this Court that he has filed Case No. T202415060606187 (Baijnath vs. Gram Panchayat Adhikari and others), under Section 6(A) of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947, before Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh and prays that the same be expedited.

In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that not only the petitioner’s case but other cases also, if pending, be decided by concerned respondent expeditiously in accordance with law in a chronological manner.
