State of U.P. and others). Mr. Siddharth Singhal, learned advocate appears for respondent no.2.

3. Respondent no.4 is directed to issue the character certificate following aforesaid GO. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his application dated 14th September, 2026 to said respondent. The certificate be issued within two weeks of the communication.
