ORDER

(Through Virtual Mode) 09.11.2020: After hearing Mr. Amar Gupta, Advocate representing the Appellant and Mr. Arun Kathpalia, Senior Advocate representing the Respondent, we find that the impugned order has not decided the rights of the parties and the matter has been slated for hearing on 25th November, 2020. By all reasonable standards that appears to be justifiable and not protracting the proceedings beyond the prescribed timelines. We accordingly dispose of this appeal with direction to the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Ahmedabad Bench, Court-1 to hear the parties and make all endeavors to dispose it off expeditiously.

Copy of this order be sent to the Adjudicating Authority.
