1. Learned counsel for the petitioner may implead the seller Pushpanjali as a respondent in the case during the course of the day.
2. The petitioners have purchased a property from the respondent no. 4 after taking due permission from the respondent no. 2 and 3. If there is any shortfall in the area then he can approach his seller or file a civil suit for the redressal of his grievance.
4. No interference is warranted.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
