1. This petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to consider the candidature of petitioner on the post of Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS) in pursuant to the advertisement published in September 2019 considering the assurance given by the respondent no.5 while deciding the representation of petitioner on 02.05.2014 (Annexure No.14 to the writ petition)."
2. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner was working as Senior Treatment Supervisor and his contract came to an end in the year 2012, which is being subject to writ petition being Writ A No. 68946 of 2013, in which no interim order has been granted. Thereafter an advertisement was published in September, 2019.
3. Now, the petitioner wants to consider his case after seven years of issuance of aforesaid advertisement.
