1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i) set aside the entire proceedings of Original Suit No.958 of 2025 (Prashant Kumar Pandey and others Vs. Sunil Kumar Singh and others) (Annexure No.4 to this petition), within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii) pass such other order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.3 Varanasi to decide the Paper No.22 Ka dated 11.08.2025 and the counter claim of the petitioners/defendants within the stipulated period, with time bound manner within the stipulated period as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court."
