1. The petitioner, it appears from the record, had entered into an agreement to sell with regard to 7% of the land which was to be allotted to the father of the respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5. The father of the respondent nos. 3 to 5 Lekhraj has died. The petitioner is now claiming that the land be allotted directly to the petitioner by the respondent no. 2.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 Sri A.K. Sharma states that the allotment as and when would be made, would be made to Lekhraj and if he had died then the allotment would go in accordance with law to his sons, and if the petitioner is in a position to get the agreement which was entered into with father of the respondents nos. 3, 4 and 5 enforced, then she can get the same enforced.

3. We do find substance in the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 and, therefore, we refrain from interfering in the instant writ petition.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

5. The petitioner may pursue such remedy as might be available to her under law.
