(Through Virtual Mode) 08.10.2020: Since the date of hearing fixed in the matter was 31st August, 2020 which has elapsed, we take note of the submission made by Ms. Aditi Mittal, Advocate representing the Appellant that the matter has again been adjourned to 21st October, 2020 overlooking the fact that the matter pertains to the year 2019 and it is ripe for final hearing. In the given circumstances, we dispose of this appeal with direction to the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), New Delhi Bench-V to hear the matter on 21st October, 2020 and make all endeavours to dispose of the same within 4 weeks thereof.
