08.10.2020 Ms. Oorjasvi Goswami, Advocate submits that on behalf of all the Appellants, she has filed an Interlocutory Application i.e. I.A. No. 2394 of 2020 for withdrawal of the Appeal.
Perused order dated 16th September, 2020. The Learned Counsel had put in appearance on behalf of the Appellant Nos. 1 to 6. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant says that she has instructions from Appellant No. 7 also for withdrawal of this Appeal. She says that the Application for withdrawal has been signed by Appellant Nos. 1 to 4 and Appellant Nos. 5 and 6 who are out of the Country have signed affidavit with memo for withdrawal.
The Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 and Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 7 do not have any objections.
