1. Heard Mr.A.R.Tahbildar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant and Mr.N.Baruah, learned CGSC, assisted by Capt.Akash Vashishta, OIC, AFT, Legal Cell, appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2. Mr.N.Baruah, learned CGSC, appearing on behalf of the respondents, has prayed for some more time to produce the relevant records of DPC proceedings of 4th Battalion, the Assam Regiment, in respect of the applicant from Naik to Havildar.
3. Prayer allowed. The Respondents shall produce the relevant records in respect of DPC proceeding along with an additional affidavit.
4. List the matter in September, 2018, whenever the Division Bench assembles.
