(Through Virtual Mode) 28.09.2020: Heard Ms. Lakshmy Iyengar, Advocate representing the Appellant. We find that there is no disposal on merit. The matter has been simply adjourned. It is brought to our notice that the matter is pending consideration since long and having regard to the timelines prescribed under I&B Code is required to be disposed of with utmost expedition. We accordingly, dispose of this appeal with direction to the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Ahmedabad Bench, Court-2 to take necessary steps for disposal of I.A. No. 397 of 2020 in CP (IB) 586 of 2019 and make all endeavours to dispose off the same within two weeks.
