1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mohd. Afzal learned counsel for the respondents.
2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority, U.P. Greater Noida, Bench-02, Gautam Budhha Nagar to expedite the proceedings of the case registered as NCR144/12/135205/2025 (R.V.Venkiteswaran v. Presidency Infraheights Private Limited), within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court;"
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the pending matter in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondent no. 2-Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Greater Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar to dispose of the pending matter within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
