1. The suit filed by the plaintiff-petitioner was dismissed, against which a regular appeal under Section 96 CPC was filed along with the stay application being Paper No. 5C, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made is for expediting the said stay application.
2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the respondents, at this admission stage, the court below is hereby directed to proceed with the aforesaid stay application being Paper No. 5C filed in Civil Appeal No. 83 of 2018 and decide the same within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties.
3. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
