O R D E R
(Through Virtual Mode) 15.10.2020: Both these appeals have been preferred against common impugned order. Mr. Diwakar Maheshwari, learned counsel for the Appellant in Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 769 of 2020 and Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for the Appellant in Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 886 of 2020 jointly submit that in view of settlement reached between the parties, the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Kolkata Bench at Kolkata has permitted withdrawal of the applications under Section 9 of the I&B Code and the matters stand closed. In view of this development, learned counsels for the Appellants seek and are permitted to withdraw their respective appeals against common order dated 21st February, 2020.
