O R D E R
(Virtual Mode) 25.09.2020 Learned Counsel for the Appellant Shri Abdesh Chaudhary has been heard on virtual mode. The learned Counsel submits that he wants to withdraw this Appeal which was filed by Director of the Corporate Debtor. It is stated that during pendency of the Appeal, the parties went into amicable settlement before formation of COC (Committee of Creditors) and the matter had come up before the Adjudicating Authority [National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi (Court No.IV)] in IA No.3590 of 2020 in CP (IB)/159(ND)2019. Counsel states that the Application under Section 12A of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been accepted by the Adjudicating Authority and the original Application filed by the Respondent – Yogendra Kumar Sharma has been withdrawn. Learned Counsel states that he has got copy of the Order which was passed on 10th September, 2020. The Counsel makes a request and he may be permitted to WhatsApp copy of the Order to the Court Master.

On statement of the learned Counsel for Appellant that he wants to withdraw the Appeal, the Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.
