1. This writ petition has been filed primarily to quash the impugned notice dated 8.1.2026.
2. From the record we find that no objection to the notice has been filed till date.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, we direct that if the petitioners file an objection to the notice dated 8.1.2026 then the same shall be considered and the case would be taken to its logical end, within a period of one month from the date of filing of the objection.
