19.10.2020 After hearing Mr. Sumit Thakur, Advocate representing the Appellant for a while, it transpires that the Appellant claiming to be a ‘Process Advisor’, appointed by Respondent No. 1 (IRP) and having rendered services by working as back office for the IRP, is aggrieved of his fees not being paid in full. Admittedly, he is not a statutory functionary/authority under the ‘I&B Code’ and no flaw can be found in the impugned order in not entertaining any claim on behalf of the Appellant against the IRP. At this stage, learned counsel for the Appellant sought leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to take appropriate action against the IRP.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the Appellant to approach the appropriate Forum for redressal of his grievance.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
