19.10.2020 Mr. Akshat Singh, Advocate representing the Appellant in ‘Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 641 of 2020’ submits that he has instructions to withdraw the appeal. I.A. No. 2525 of 2020 has been moved in this regard. It is submitted that the Appellant wishes to withdraw the appeal which has been preferred against the approval of ‘resolution plan’.
