1. From a perusal of the representation dated 4.12.2023, we find that the petitioner is aggrieved by certain claims which are easementary in nature.
2. If that is the case, the petitioner may file a civil Suit for redressal of his grievances.
3. No interference is, therefore, warranted in this case.
4. The writ petition is dismissed.
