ORDER:
Admit.
2. Respondent is allowed six weeks to file reply. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within three weeks thereafter.
3. Mr. Agarwal, party-in-person submitted that he is a senior citizen. His shares were not made available to him by his RTA.
4. Mr. Rohitashwa Vishal Shrivastawa, learned advocate for Respondent No.2- RTA submitted that the appellant has to comply with some formalities and therefore, there was delay in making available the shares to the appellant. He furnished a list of non-compliances.

Keeping in view the fact that the appellant is party-in- person and a senior citizen, we called upon the learned advocate for the RTA to take a holistic view of the matter and requested him to prepare all the papers required and send them to the appellant by email and speed post for compliance by the appellant. At this stage, appellant, party- in-person submitted that the matter may be heard on merits. To a pointed query, whether he was interested in the relief or to pursue the appeal, he stated that the appeal may be heard on merits.
