1. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents are present.
2. The petitioners' grievance is that their Plot No. 565M area 0.2151 hectare situated in Village - Derapur, Tehsil Derapur, District Kanpur Dehat has been taken over by the respondents without any acquisition. In this regard, the petitioners have moved an application/representation dated 01.08.2026 for redressal of their grievance.
3. Under the circumstances, without going into the merit of the case, we direct that the respondent no. 2 may decide the application/representation of the petitioners dated 01.08.2026 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
