1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Ms. Somya Chaturvedi, learned counsel representing respondent nos. 3 and 4 are present.
2. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 has filed the instructions today, which is taken on record and copy of the instructions is also handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner forthwith.

Ms. Somya Chaturvedi, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4, on the strength of the instructions, states that the case of the petitioner has been considered in accordance with law and all the documents etc. have already been forwarded to the Chief Environment Officer, U.P. Pollution Control Board, Lucknow.
4. In view of the development which has taken place, we are of the view that no further interference is required in the writ petition.
5. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
