1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-payment of the awarded money which is lying with the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Basti.
2. If that is the case, the petitioner may move a proper application before the Special Land Acquisition Officer within 2 weeks and the Special Land Acuqision Officer, after delving on the issue, shall take final decision with regard to the compensation within one month thereafter.
3. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
