1. Order dated 17.08.2026 passed by the District Agriculture Officer/ Notified Authority (Fertilizer), District Siddharth Nagar/ Respondent No.3 (Annexure-4 to the writ petition) is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to submit a reply to the aforesaid notice/ order before the Respondent No.3.
