1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
2. By means of the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus against Airtel Telecom Company which is a private company.
3. No mandamus can be issued against such a private company. However, petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy available in law including the availability of forum of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.
