1. From what has been stated in the Writ Petition and what has been stated in the Impleadment Application, which has been filed by the Committee of Management, Pt. Jawahar Lal Krishak Inter College, Deoria, we find that there is some dispute with regard to the distribution of the awarded amount.
2. Learned Standing Counsel and learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 Sri Ravindra Kumar Pandey holding brief of Sri Rajesh Kumar Jaiswal, state that if the petitioners require apportionment of their share from the award made under Section 3-D of the notification, then they may raise their objection before the appropriate authority.
3. No further order is required to be passed in the writ petition at this stage.
4. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
