1. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners were transferred from Bareilly to Varanasi by order dated 01.07.2026. In pursuance to the aforesaid transfer order, petitioners joined at Varanasi and thereafter the impugned order of transfer dated 08.09.2026 has been passed, transferring both the petitioners from Varanasi to Chandauli. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that after joining at Varanasi the petitioners have got their daughter admitted at a school in Varanasi. It has been further submitted that order of transfer is neither on administrative ground nor in public interest.
2. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioners have already represented before respondent No. 1 for redressal of their grievances, and therefore it would be appropriate that respondent No. 1 be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner.
3. In view of these facts, respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 09.09.2026 in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
4. Till the disposal of the representation, impugned order of transfer dated 08.09.2026 passed by respondent No. 2 shall remain stayed.
