1. Mr. Brijesh Chandra Tripathi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and prays for orders. Mr. Dileep Kumar Tiwari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears for State. Mr. Chetan Chatterjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 4 (the supply company). Noticed added respondent no.6 goes unrepresented, inspite of office report confirming postal notice as 'item delivered'. This is the second call.

2. It appears, added respondent no.6 is objecting to petitioner obtaining energisation of her connection but has chosen to go unrepresented, when noticed, to demonstrate basis of the objection. Paragraph 2 from earlier order dated 11th September, 2026 is reproduced below. "2. Mr. Sanjay Tiwari is added as respondent no.6. Petitioner has leave to make the amendment in Court, to be countersigned by Court Master. Amended copy of the writ petition to be served on added respondent by registered/speed post with A.D. Petitioner will put in requisites. Noticed respondent will be heard on basis of his objection. Him going unrepresented inspite of notice will not prevent the writ petition from being adjudicated and dealt with."

3. Accordingly, the supply company is directed to energise the connection given to petitioner. For the purpose and if required, assistance be rendered Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Adya Shankar Chaturvedi, Brijesh Chandra Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Chetan Chatterjee, Shyam Babu, Vinay Kumar Jaiswal Smt. Neelam Tiwari .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s)

by the local Police Station on requisition made by the supply company on producing website copy of this order. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order to respondent no.3 (Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Rasra, Ballia). Compliance be within two weeks thereafter.
