Thereafter, the matter was listed on 18.08.2025 for reporting compliance as well as for final arguments. Till that date, the respondent has not deposited the said cost. Instead, proxy counsel for the respondent stated that he has filed the writ petition (Civil) vide diary no. 4711998 before Hon’ble Delhi High Court against the order passed by this Tribunal, and he submits that the matter is likely to be listed within a week.

Matter was listed on 01.09.2025 for depositing the cost. On 01.09.2025, proxy counsel for the respondent stated that matter would be listed on 02.09.2025, and accordingly, this was adjourned for today.
