01.09.2020 After hearing the learned counsel for the Appellant, we find that this appeal is not maintainable as no order has been passed on merit. However, we take note of the grievance projected by the Appellant that its application being I.A. No. 421 of 2019 has not be en disposed of. The Adjudicating Authority would do well in taking up the said application for disposal at an early date. The appeal is accordingly disposed off.
This order be communicated to the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Kolkata Bench, Kolkata forthwith.
