(Through Virtual Mode) 31.08.2020: After hearing Shri Harish Salve, Senior Advocate representing the Appellant, Mr. Abhijeet Sinha, Advocate representing Respondent No. 1 and Mr. Rishav Banerjee, Sr. Advocate representing Respondent No. 2 and wading through the impugned order, we find that pleadings before the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Ahmedabad Bench have been completed and the Adjudicating Authority has shown its firm resolve to dispose off the applications pending consideration as early as possible.
