3. This Court vide order dated 14.8.2024 has referred the matter before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court.
4. As per the report of Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court dated 12.11.2024, mediation failed as applicants never appeared before the Mediation Centre. Even today no one appear on behalf applicants to press this application.
5. In view of above, this application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
7. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial court forthwith.
