14.08.2020 I.A. No. 1862 of 2020 has been moved by the Appellant for seeking withdrawal of the appeal. Mr. Vijayesh Atre, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant does not want to pursue the appeal and in view of the same he seeks withdrawal.
