Perused the records. The order of this Tribunal has been upheld by Hon'ble Gauhati High Court and the impugned order is also backed by the Judgment of Union of India &amp; Ors Vs. Balakrishnan Mullikote (Ex Hav 256812 M) of Hon'ble Apex Court.</li><li>2. Learned counsel for the respondents informed that they are processing the case for implementation of the order in terms of Balakrishnan Mullikote (Supra) since the applicant's shortfall in second service in DSC is less than one year. One last opportunity is provided to the respondents to comply with the order within a period of one month otherwise respondents will be under compulsion to pay an amount of Rs. 25,000/- to the applicant by the next date of listing.</li><li>3.
