O R D E R
(Through Virtual Mode) 28.07.2020: After hearing learned counsel for the Appellant, we find that this appeal is not maintainable as in terms of the impugned order the Company Petition has only been adjourned for filing of counter. However, we note his submission that the proceedings should be conducted speedily so as to adhere to the timelines under the I&B Code. We accordingly request the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Cuttack Bench, Cuttack to take steps for dealing with the matter with expedition. Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
