O R D E R
(Through Virtual Mode) 28.07.2020: There is a huge delay of 338 days in preferring the instant appeal. Section 61 of the I&B Code prescribes a period of 30 days for preferring an appeal against an impugned order which may be extended by 15 more days i.e. a total period of 45 days. This Appellate Tribunal has no jurisdiction to extend time beyond 45 days and appeal preferred against the order after more than 45 days is not maintainable. The application for condonation of delay is accordingly dismissed. In result, the appeal is also dismissed.
