1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Ms. Anjali Upadhyay, learned counsel representing Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority are present.
2. Upon being pointed out about the mistakes in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with the liberty to file a fresh petition.
