GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. आवेदक के विद्वान अधिवक्ता, परिवादी के विद्वान अधिवक्ता श्रवण कुमार त्रिपाठी एवं विद्वान अपर शासकीय अधिवक्ता उपस्थित हैं। आवेदक के विद्वान अधिवक्ता द्वारा कुछ समय तक विस्तार में बहस करने के बाद ने न्यायालय को यह अवगत कराया कि अब वह इस धारा 528 बी.एऩ.एस.एस. आवेदन पत्र पर क बल देना नहीं चाहते हैं एवं इसे वापस लेना चाहते हैं। आवेदक के विद्वान अधिवक्ता के इस इस धारा 528 बी.एऩ.एस.एस. पर बल न देने और वापस लेने के कारण यह धारा 528 बी.एऩ.एस.एस. आवेदन पत्र निष्प्रभावी हो जाने के कारण यह धारा 528 बी.एऩ.एस.एस. आवेदन पत्र को निरस्त किया जाता है। September 23, 2026 S.Mishra Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Shrawan Kumar Tripathi, Tripurari Pal Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
