16.06.2020 Since we have disposed of ‘Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 482 of 2020’ in terms of judgment rendered today i.e. 16th June, 2020 by extending the outer limit of the prescribed timeline by 10 days and directed the Adjudicating Authority to consider the application under Section 31 of the ‘Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016’ filed by the ‘Resolution Professional’ in accordance with law, the instant appeal does not survive for consideration.
The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
