ORDER
03.06.2020 Heard Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 & 4, Learned Counsel submits that due to typographical error in Company Appeal (AT) (Ins) No. 461 of 2019 his name mentioned as Jain Kumar instead of Jatin Kumar and in connected Appeal in Company Appeal (AT) (Ins) No. 613 of 2019 inadvertently, his name is not been mentioned. Therefore, it is submitted that it may be corrected.
We found that this is only typographical error hence no notice is required to other side.
A corrected copy of the title page of the Judgment be kept alongwith original Judgment mentioning that as per this order the title page is corrected.
