2. अपीलार्थिनी की ओर से इस अपील पर बल देने के लिए कोई भी उपस्थित नहीं है। राज्य की ओर से विद्वान अपर शासकीय राजेन्द्र सिंह को सुना एवं पत्रावली का परिशीलन किया।
3. कार्यालय आख्या, दिनांक 07.07.2026 के अनुसार, अपीलार्थिनी श्रीमती कृष्णा देवी की मृत्यु हो चुकी है। तद्नुसार, अपीलार्थिनी के विरुद्ध यह अपील उपशमित (Abated) होने के कारण निरस्त की जाती है।
