3. कार्यालय आख्या, दिनांक 08.04.2026 के अनुसार, अपीलार्थी कुंदन की मृत्यु हो चुकी है। तद्नुसार, अपीलार्थी के विरुद्ध यह अपील उपशमित (Abated) होने के कारण निरस्त की जाती है।
