By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no. 3 to provide amount of Rs. 4 Lakhs for Natural Disaster under the provision of Disaster Management Act, 2005." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 3 vide representation dated 28.04.2026 which is still pending consideration. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 3 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation dated 28.04.2026 and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
